Portrait Parties are FUN!! Fun for seniors, families, babies, and friends! Great for birthdays (especially tweens and teens), holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Mom/Daughters for Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Years, etc) The possibilities are endless!!!

WHAT IS A PORTRAIT PARTY?
A portrait party is an event in your home or a nearby location (local park) where a portrait studio will come to you. I will take professional portraits for you and your friends in what we call “mini-sessions”. I will use one background per party and/or if weather permits, we can use the outdoors for the sessions. All photos will be available on an online gallery for ordering. Photos can be of adults, families, children, pets… whomever, but each mini-session will have a 20 minute time limit. 10-20 photo proofs will be taken.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I INVITE?
Angela will provide you with a flyer/invite for printing and for emailing. You need to have 6 different sittings scheduled for the party minimum and up to 12 maximum. There are no sitting fees! Photos will be available online within one week of the party and will be available for 1 week for the guests to order. The more guests order, the more credit you earn.
HOW MUCH DO THE PRINTS COST? Your guests will receive a discount code for 20% off my regular prices. A pricelist will be emailed to you at your request and is available online when the photos go up for review.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE HOST/HOSTESS?
I will need space for setting up my backdrops and lights ~ preferably a living/family room, garage OR an outdoor setting appropriate for portraits if we do outdoor sessions. These can be the best results, when we do outdoor sessions! (Gardens, Trees, Patios, Fences, bird baths, benches, etc make beautiful backdrops!) You should provide light refreshments for your guests, and invite at least 12 people to your portrait party. There will also be forms that need to be completed prior to the party.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HOSTING A PORTRAIT PARTY?
When you host a portrait party and have 6 or more guests, you will receive a complimentary deluxe 8×10 of your choice. In addition, you will receive portrait rewards based on the total party’s sales. You can earn additional rewards if your guests decide to book a full portrait session or portrait party of their own.
